Hello friends...I'm so excited to be blogging :-) It's all very new to me, but I think its going to be an awful lot of fun sharing photos along with progress (I hope) reports. Today was the shortest day of the year, yet it felt really long to me as I kicked off the day by planting and transplanting 9 Peach trees, a Hawthorn and two Bloodgood Japanese maple trees. I finally cleared away all the brush piles and used the cart that hooks up behind my new John Deer riding mower.I'm so proud to have one. I did do one ooop's :-( When i pulled the cord to start the old push mower the cord jumped back and bit a chunk out of the hand right at the base of my thumb and boy did I see stars .Its already turning all sorts of colors and I know it'll hurt even more tomorrow. Needless to say I won't do that again. Enough about my Boo Boo...lol

Okay than it's official, I's a Blogger!!! I hope to be able to post any noteworthy events of the day's along with many other lil Blissings. A blissing by the way is a word I made up as if you didn't know.LOL
I'm a lucky girl...I have many blessings in my life. I have the blessing of Serenity, Peace, Joy,Love and Happiness. The blessing of Love is what keeps me going, keeps me breathing and keeps me planting. "Love is all there is" Mainly my love of life, the earth and some very special friends/family whom I adore. I am blessed to be living a life that feels right to me and how many people get to do that. I choose to live as Green as possible and my main goal is to be off the grid one meanwhile I strive towards self-sufficiency.Although I wish I started earlier in life I'm told its never too late. I'll be talking about Organic Gardening,Seed saving and from time to time I might even share with you some information regarding my other work as a Spiritual Advisor. This should be a lot of fun!!! I'm so excited.
